Address can be changed before shipped, After we handed the parcel to carrier, the address can not be changed or returned and buyers should take this responsible. For change address please fuill form in contact us page.
There is no return services for international e commerce parcel, all those fail to delivery parcel will be destoyed by carrier directly even the tracking information shows it been returned. Buyers should not ask refund for such situation.
