Hello, I started giving online lessons and needed better ways to talk to students when I am busy. I wanted some digital helper to answer questions faster. On halper.ai I found ai agent for customer service, it gives options for automatic replies, integration with different apps, and role-based agents. There are also bonuses such as free onboarding, testing period, and extra templates. For my teaching it works well because I don’t need to repeat the same answers.

I have tried for months and failed to make Alexa control garage doors. Alexa recognizes the unit, but it will not operate the door.
Home Assistant via ESPEASY controls the garage door as a "COVER".
