The controler lost connection so I had to reset it. i reconnected it to the WLAN. Then I wanted to reconnect it to Homekit. Homekit asks for a connection code which I don’t have. What do I have to to now?
Are you trying to reconnect your ATHOM Homekit WiFi RGB LED Light Strip Controller to Homekit but are being prompted for a connection code that you don't have, here's what you can do: Typically, the connection code is found on the device itself or in its user manual. If you can't locate it, try resetting the controller again and ensuring it's in pairing mode. If the issue persists, contacting ATHOM's customer support for assistance or checking their official best research paper writers by WashingtonCityPaper website for support documentation may be necessary.
