Since a couple of weeks, probably after upgrading to a newer version of iOS (not sure about that) my Athom switches (both Athom_CB02_Switch and the older CB01-HK-1) stopped working from Homekit app (on all my Apple devices). All on "Not responding" state. Just to be clear, before this happend, they were added in Homekit and were working fine for months!
I already:
resetted all the switches and configered them again (connecting to wifi, pair them in homeconnect,...);
performed a OTA firmware update on the CB02 switches, to version 0.8.2;
and thus also re-added them to Homekit (removed the previous onces, reconfiger them);
restarted the homehub (in my case: Apple TV) and my iOS devices (iPhone);
But they still don't work from Homekit itself.
I'm pretty sure the switches themself are stil working, because: when going directly to the CB02 switch (via browser, ip-adress) I'm prefectly able to control them via the "switch status" button on the control tab of the interface of the switch and I see - ofcourse - that the connected devices are switched on.
Also, remarkable is that when adding the device to Homekit again you can hit a "identify" label during the configuration, at that moment the switch was also responding to that command coming from Homekit.
Not that relevant, but just to tell the full story: also other similar switches that I have (from DoHome) are not working anymore. Same story here, still working via their specific app, stopped working in Homekit.
So, I guess, it's related to something on Homekit's / Apple's side, nevertheless I don't see many similar problems popping up on the internet...
Anyone any idea, or similar problems since a couple of days/weeks?
Thanks in advance.
Currently, the latest version number of all switches is 0.8.5. If it is not this version number, you can click the green "Start OTA" button and wait for one minute to upgrade the firmware. The firmware version date is 2023.8.10. If the upgrade is unsuccessful, please contact support@athom.tech
