On both my switched and plugs, connected to HK I lose my HK paring after power-downs.
I am running Firmware v0.8.1 on my switch and v0.9.3on my plugs.
Is this known bug? is there a fixed firmware for this.
I have to say I am backed up by running a MQTT broker to control them via HomeBridge which obviously survives power-downs.But I am opting for HK nativeness always.
Is there a way to hardreset the tp29 plugs? I've lost connection in homekit with 4 out of 10 plugs and cant access them in web mode either
This issue has been resolved and currently, the latest version number for all switches is 0.8.5. If it is not this version number, you can click the green "Start OTA" button and wait for one minute to upgrade the firmware. The firmware version date is August 10, 2023. If the upgrade is unsuccessful, please contact support@athom.tech

The exact same thing happens to me, support sent me to update the FW, but the error persists, in my case from IOS 16.3.
So far, no solution....
This is happening since ios 16.2, I got nothing from the support.
The only solution I found was to throw all Athom products to the trash, for the plugs I work with switcher & HB, for switches with Aqara.
It's a shame that after 6 months there is still no solution to this issue
Yes, we haven't found a solution yet, this is only happening on some users' devices, we haven't encountered it yet, so can't test
