After update IOS 16.5, I get disconnecting of the athom switch, and i need to reinstall them, its steel connects to the internet just lost the HomeKit connection. Since the update every some days, some switch disconnection and I need to reinstall it.
I had 4Gang 3Gan switch 0.8.3 ver, and other with 0.8 and some old 0.2 ver. is there any update ?
This issue has been resolved and currently, the latest version number for all switches is 0.8.5. If it is not this version number, you can click the green "Start OTA" button and wait for one minute to upgrade the firmware. The firmware version date is August 10, 2023. If the upgrade is unsuccessful, please contact support@athom.tech
I have the same problem. Is there a firmware update available yet for Athom_CB02_Switch. I am on 0.8.1
The same thing happens to me since homekit changed the architecture. Several Athom devices stop working and need to be paired again. From the URL it can be seen that they lose the link with homekit.
I sent several emails to athom support, they sent me the FW but the error is not resolved, the link can last 1 or 5 days, but sooner or later it loses it
Anyone care to test it out? This is just a test version, so don't upgrade in batches, just upgrade one for testing

Had to reset and reinstall in HOMEKIT
SOLVED!! I had to reset all of them and reinstall and add to Homekit again.

Have you tried iOS16.5? iOS16.6 seems to be a beta version. I have a HomePod Mini with iOS16.5 at home and haven't encountered any problems yet.
