Two sames plugs, two firmwares - I am confused

Hi,

I have ordered 4 plugs - Athom V2 EU, per 2x between like two months. And they have arrived with completely different firmware.

First two arrived what seems to be "Tasmota"

The other two arrived what seems to be ESPhome:

Now I am not so skilled to complile firmware or do advanced stuff but how I am to suppose to get them on the same firmware and which one is actually better in terms of stability? I have all four in Home Assistant, but especially the Tasmota ones are unreliable.. close to WIFI, but I loose contact with them on weekly basis.
