Came with V15 and went to install 15.1 (used the ESP32 with ethernet) no connection and no response. So I booted in boot enable mode and tried to flash it again with the "custom firmware" link on the items page and that one doesn't work either, gives partition errors when looking at logs through esphome.web. Hope someone can share the firmware or steps to fix.
