hello
after a factory reset the led controller is reacheable by its IP but the led (2811) doesn't turn on, the config is the same as the wiring and i am getting crazy to get it back to work.

I have the exact same problem... also no more click sound due to missing voltage.
Dear Athom support, yes i have the same GIO ports settled as below, but i am not abe to turn on/off the led
forget to say that voltage between GND and VCC is always zero and i can't hear the relay "click", seems that the signal to the relay is missing an there's no +12v on VCC pins
