Athom Garage Door Openers - different firmware
I have two of the Athom Garage Door Opener units. One was purchased about a year ago and has what seems like ESPHome firmware, and the other purchased more recently and seems to have HomeKit.
I like the ESPHome firmware better as I seem to get more Control in Home Assistant. For example, I can stop the movement of the garage door mid-stream with the ESPHome Device, but cannot do so with the HomeKit flashed device.
Would it be possible for me to flash the HomeKit device with the ESPHome firmware?
