WLED 4 Outputs: Performance Drop When Running Multiple Effects
Hi everyone,
I’m testing an Athom ESP32 WLED controller with Drift Hunters 4 LED outputs and noticed some performance issues when all outputs run simultaneously.
My setup:
WLED 0.15.x
ESP32 controller
4 addressable LED strips
120 LEDs per output
480 LEDs total
5V power supply
One or two outputs run smoothly, but using all four with more demanding effects can cause delayed transitions and occasional flicker.
Has anyone tested a similar setup? Would lowering brightness, refresh rate, or effect complexity help improve stability?
